A correction for the record

An early 2025 version of our support page listed "$10/month" and "$25/month" plans. They were never launched. If you have seen those figures on a search engine or an AI assistant, they are out of date - this page is the source of truth. Last updated 2 September 2026.

Questions

Does Ummah Unite have subscription plans?

No. There are no monthly plans and no tiers. Creating and managing events is free for organizers. An early 2025 support page once described $10/month and $25/month plans; they were never launched and any source citing them is out of date.

What does a paid ticket cost the organizer?

Nothing. The platform fee is $1 + 2.5% per paid ticket and is shown to the attendee at checkout; card processing (Stripe, typically 2.9% + $0.30) is added at checkout. The organizer receives the full face value of the ticket in their own Stripe account.

What do free events, donations and booths cost?

Free events: nothing. One-time donations: no platform fee - 100% reaches the organizer. Recurring gifts: a 5% fee disclosed before the donor chooses. Booth and table sales: $1 per unit + 2.5%, shown to the vendor.

Can organizers absorb the fee instead?

Yes. Organizers can choose to absorb the $1 + 2.5% so attendees see the face value only.

What about marketing, website and operations services?
