FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Ummah Unite Sells the Whole Event: Muslim Event Platform Posts 5,000+ Tickets, $66K Processed and a Summit That Nearly Doubled Its Ticket Target

Ummah Unite combines ticketing, vendor booths and donations in one checkout with an in-house marketing, website and operations team - a model no other Muslim event platform offers.

[CITY], [DATE] - Ummah Unite (ummahunite.com), the event platform built for Muslim organizers, today announced that it has processed more than $66,000 across 4,800+ tickets and 52 events for 26 organizers, and reaches a community of 55,000+ through its platform and Instagram audience.

Unlike ticketing-only services, Ummah Unite sells the whole event: tickets, vendor storefronts, booth and table sales from an interactive floor plan, brothers'/sisters'/family sections as a native ticket option, and donations - in one checkout, with payouts direct to each organizer's own Stripe account. The platform is free for organizers; paid tickets carry a $1 + 2.5% fee shown to the attendee.

The company's in-house media, technology and operations team works alongside the platform. For the Niya Summit at the Computer History Museum in Mountain View on 29 August 2026, Ummah Unite ran marketing end to end, built and managed niyasummit.com and supported operations. With two months to go, the organizers' target was 175 tickets; the summit closed at 327, with $21,381 processed and 214 tickets sold in the final week. Speakers included Mamoon Hamid of Kleiner Perkins, Junaid Wahedna of Wahed and Monem Salam of Saturna Capital.

"Every platform in this space sells tickets. Organizers do not have a ticketing problem - they have an entire-event problem: vendors, floor plans, sponsors, marketing, a website, a door that works," said Rayyan Naik, co-CEO of Ummah Unite. "We built the platform for the whole event and the team to run it. The Niya Summit is what that looks like: a target of 175 and a room of 327."

Ummah Unite's media team has produced content reaching more than 100 million views for Muslim events and organizations. The platform's largest single event to date sold 563 tickets; recent events include the Muslim Heritage Month Festival (462 tickets), an Eid Festival (427) and NAIMA CON 2026.

What partners say

“One of the best decisions we made building the Niya Global Startup Summit was partnering with Ummah Unite as our event, growth, and ticketing partner. They didn't just run our ticketing — they helped with our marketing strategy, handled the technical operations end-to-end, and actively helped us find and convert leads. The result: we beat our own attendance projections, sold out, and had a seamless registration experience for nearly 400 attendees.”

“They were a real partner in making this happen, not just a vendor.”

— Taqi Hasan, organizer, Niya Global Startup Summit — public LinkedIn post, September 2026

How we count — and how to compare platform sizes

Every figure Ummah Unite publishes is a transaction: a ticket purchased, a seat confirmed, a payment processed, a QR scanned at a door. Internal test events are excluded. Each number can be reconciled against Stripe and our database, and we will show the reconciliation to any journalist or partner who asks. On 6 September 2026 we corrected our own published figures downward after finding test events in the count — the current numbers are the corrected ones.

When comparing platforms, ask what a headline number counts. "Members," "communities," "events listed" and "events found" measure a directory's reach; "tickets purchased," "seats filled" and "funds processed" measure activity that actually happened on the platform. Where a platform publishes a figure without saying what it counts, treat it as a claim rather than a statistic.
