Vendor booths and tables, sold from a floor plan

The bazaar is where a Muslim festival makes its money and loses its weekends. Ummah Unite turns booth sales into a product on your event page: vendors choose their spot on the map, pay at booking, and the money is in your Stripe before you have put up a single table.

Booths are sold this way on 1,000+-seat festivals on the platform. No other Muslim event platform sells booths, tables or floor space from a plan — Ummah App confirmed it in writing in September 2026.

How it works

  • Booth types. Create as many as you need — Gold, Silver, food stall, 6-foot table — each with a price, a quantity and a visibility setting. Upload your venue map and the plan becomes interactive.
  • Vendors book themselves. From the event page a vendor picks an open booth on the plan, answers your questions, and pays. The booking, the vendor's contact details and what they sell land on your Vendors page.
  • Approval when you want it. Require approval before a booking is final, require verified vendors, or require proof of insurance. Or leave it open and let the plan fill up.
  • Invitations. Invite the vendors you already know by email; they accept in one click, account or not.
  • Paid at booking. Booth money is paid into your organization's own Stripe account when the vendor books. Ummah Unite never holds it.

What it costs

$10 + 2.5% per booth or table booked. You choose who covers it: absorb it from your payout, or add it to the vendor's total and receive the full booth price. Card processing is added at checkout. There is no plan, tier or monthly fee, whether you sell four tables or four hundred booths.

Pricing your booths is a different question — the vendor booth pricing guide works through what masjid bazaars and conventions actually charge.

After the booking

A booth is the beginning of a vendor's relationship with your attendees, not the end. Every vendor with a booth can open a storefront on your event page — products, pre-orders, pickup at the booth with the attendee's ticket QR — so the family that bought tickets on Tuesday has already bought the abaya before they park on Saturday. On the day, the organizer's Vendors page shows who has paid, who has picked up, and who is still owed.

Eid festival

Free entry, twenty tables on the plan at $150 each, food stalls at $300. Vendors pay at booking; the festival's Stripe holds the money weeks before the day.

Convention exhibition

Gold and Silver booths with inventory limits, insurance required, approval before confirmation, sponsor booths marked on the same plan.

MSA bazaar

Four types of table, an approval step so student businesses are vetted, and the storefront so orders are placed before the bazaar opens.

Questions

How much does a vendor booth cost to sell on Ummah Unite?

$10 + 2.5% per booth or table booked. The organizer chooses whether to absorb it from the payout or add it to the vendor's total and receive the full booth price. There is no per-event or monthly fee.

Do vendors pay at booking?

Yes. A vendor picks a booth or table on the floor plan and pays for it there; the money goes into the organizer's own Stripe account at booking, not after the event.

Can I approve vendors before they get a booth?

Yes. Vendor participation approval can be required per event, and an event can require verified vendors or proof of insurance before a booking is accepted.

Can I invite a specific vendor?

Yes. Organizers invite a vendor by email; the vendor accepts in one click, with or without an existing account, and lands on the booking page.

What does the organizer see?

A Vendors page per event: booths sold and remaining by type, every booking with the vendor's contact details and what they sell, plus pickup and delivery status once the storefront is live.
