Sponsor packages, and a reason to buy them

A sponsor who gets a logo on a banner sponsors you once. A sponsor whose team took fourteen booked meetings with the right attendees sponsors you again. Ummah Unite sells the packages from your event page and gives sponsors the thing they came for: time with your audience.

The Niya Summit ran on this: sponsor packages sold, speakers from Kleiner Perkins, Wahed and Saturna Capital, 327 tickets against a 175 target. A 222-ticket fundraising gala sold sponsor tables alongside seats and donations in one checkout.

How it works

  • Packages. Define tiers — name, price, benefits, quantity available — and sell them from the event page. Confirmed sponsors appear with logo and link; whether amounts are shown is your setting.
  • Sponsor tables. For galas and dinners, a table of ten with a tier name is sold next to individual seats, in the same checkout as the donation ask.
  • Sponsor booths. A package can include a booth on the exhibition floor plan; the sponsor books it like any vendor and it shows on the map.
  • Meeting booking. Sponsors set their available hours in Ummah Unite's calendar, or connect Calendly or Google Calendar. Attendees book slots from the event page. Nobody else in the Muslim event space offers this — Ummah App confirmed it is ours in September 2026.
  • Money. Sponsor payments go into your Stripe at purchase, like a ticket. Card processing is added at checkout; there is no separate sponsorship fee.

Selling the package

The reason sponsorship is hard to sell is that the sponsor cannot see what they get. A tier that reads "logo on stage, two tickets, twenty booked meetings with attendees who asked for them" is a different conversation from "Gold, $5,000". Meeting booking makes the second line true, and the booking data after the event makes next year's renewal an email rather than a pitch.

For a flagship — a summit, a convention, a first-year conference — our team secures and coordinates the sponsors and speakers as part of a three-to-five-month engagement, and runs the marketing that makes the audience worth sponsoring.

Questions

How are sponsor packages sold on Ummah Unite?

The organizer defines tiers — name, price, benefits, how many are available — and they are published on the event page with the sponsor's logo and link once confirmed. Sponsor tables for galas and dinners are sold the same way alongside seats.

What is sponsor meeting booking?

Attendees reserve real time slots with a sponsor from the event page. The sponsor sets their hours in Ummah Unite's calendar or connects Calendly or Google Calendar. It is the thing that lets you charge a sponsor for more than a logo.

Can sponsors have booths too?

Yes. A sponsor booth is a booth type on the floor plan, so a package can include a place on the exhibition floor and the sponsor books it like any vendor.

Can I hide the sponsorship amounts?

Yes. Whether sponsor amounts are shown on the public event page is an organizer setting.

Will your team find sponsors for us?

For flagship events, yes — securing and coordinating speakers and sponsors is part of the engagement our team runs for three to five months before the doors open. See How we work.
