How we work
Three to five months, not one day
Ummah Unite is a platform — tickets, booths, storefronts, sponsors and the door in one checkout. It is also the only Muslim event platform with a team that will run your event with you. Not on the day: for months. Here is what that engagement actually looks like, step by step, using what we did for the Niya Summit and what we are doing for the summits scheduled next.
Niya Summit, Computer History Museum: roughly three months of work · 187% of the ticket target · $0 ad spend. Read the case study →
Months 5–4: Strategy and the plan
We start by agreeing the target — tickets, sponsors, revenue — and building the plan backwards from the date: the audience, the channels, the sponsor tiers, the vendor mix, the budget. Nothing is left to the last month.
Months 4–3: The website and the story
We build the event's website or white-label page on Ummah Unite — your brand, your domain if you want it, checkout inside — and write the story the whole campaign will tell. For Niya Summit that meant niyasummit.com and a $7.3 trillion Muslim economy narrative that carried every post.
Months 3–2: Marketing and speakers
Our media team runs the campaign: the flyer and carousel design, the video, the calendar of posts built backwards from on-sale dates, and distribution to an audience of 55,000+ across Instagram and the newsletter. We help secure and coordinate speakers — invitations, confirmations, briefs, travel questions, the run-of-show.
Months 2–1: Sponsors and vendors
Sponsor packages are priced and sold; sponsors get meeting booking so attendees can reserve time with them. Vendors book booths from the floor plan and set up storefronts. Registration is live, with automatic early-bird and family discounts doing the selling.
The final weeks: Operations
Volunteers, roles, the door plan, badges, signage, the schedule in every attendee's pocket, reminders that lift attendance. We rehearse the day with your team.
Event day: The door
Our team runs check-in: QR scanning on unlimited devices, name lookup for people who lost their email, cash registration for walk-ups, and one QR that also covers pickup at every vendor booth. When a scanner failed with two hundred people in line at NAIMA Con, it was fixed from a phone before the line noticed.
After: The audience you keep
Every attendee is now your follower. Announcements to them are free. The recap video, the numbers, and the next event's plan start from a list you own — not from zero.
And then, every month
The engagement above is for a flagship. It does not have to stop there. Organizers can keep the team on every month of the year: the next event's plan, the monthly newsletter, the Ramadan fundraiser, the content calendar, the sponsor renewals. Some organizers now work with us this way. We are in the trenches with them — if they don't succeed, we don't — and that is the opposite of a tool you open on the day.
Why no other platform does this
A software company sells software; its team never stands at your door. An agency runs your event but leaves you renting someone else's platform, with your attendees on someone else's list. Ummah Unite does both in one place, which is why our fees are what they are: organizers pay nothing for the platform, and the team is priced separately, from a $250 consult to full end-to-end production.
