Masajid and MSAs host community iftars most nights of Ramadan; larger centers add suhoor nights, night markets with vendors and speaker programs. Tickets, when charged, sit at $20-40 including food; many iftars are free with an RSVP so the kitchen knows the count. On Ummah Unite 44% of all events are free, and free events cost organizers nothing.
What organizers get right
