Eid festivals and bazaars
Twice a year the community's biggest gatherings happen in parks, halls and parking lots: Eid festivals with rides, stages and rows of vendors. They are the events where a platform that sells booths - not just tickets - changes the economics.
What an Eid festival looks like
Attendance runs from 1,500 at a local festival to 10,000 at the largest regional ones. Admission is free or $5-15; the money is in vendor booths ($125-500 each, 30-150 of them), sponsorships ($1,000-25,000) and food. Ummah Unite's own Eid Festival sold 427 tickets and the Muslim Heritage Month Festival 462; the largest event on the platform seated more than 1,000.
Selling booths from a floor plan
Vendors pick a booth or table on an interactive map and pay at booking; the organizer receives the money in its own Stripe account. Booths carry $1 + 2.5% shown to the vendor. For a 100-vendor festival that is the difference between a spreadsheet and a marketplace - and it is the feature no other Muslim event platform offers. The costs that scale
Permits, security and insurance grow faster than attendance; stage and AV are fixed; rides are optional. Sponsors sold early typically cover 30-60% of festival costs.
